Problematic Pagan: The Shame of Madam Blavatsky

This is why we can't have nice things!

Helena Blavatsky, coined as the mother of modern spirituality, claimed a lot of things. Graduating psychic magic school in the Tibetan mountains, visiting an infinite library outside of time, and absolutely totally 100% being a super virgin (Don't worry about it!). But one bastard child she doesn't care to claim is being the esoteric basis for nazi race theory. Madam Blavatsky would go on to influence the work of Aleister Crowley, L. Ron Hubbard and started an occult religion that still exists today.

Plus! On Witches in The News: Are witchcraft festivals under spiritual attack? How many more vampires can polish archeologists dig up before they get bored? And the roster for The 31 Nights of Halloween on Freeform.
